Test & Debug Technician

Your Job Responsibilities and Accountability.

• Trouble-shoot, rework all production failure PCAs and provide analysis data to support yield improvement and evaluation activities.
• Control and clear debug WIP to achieve set target.
• Test station setup, qualification and buy-off.
• Monitor / investigate and resolve daily test issues.
• Generate debug flow, documentation and daily reports.
• Participate and assist in test yield / test process improvement activities
• Provide technical support to test operator.
• Work closely with other group in resolving quality issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Compliance and participate in company activities which involves continual improvement on company environmental, safety and health goals (ESD, ISO1400, OHSAS 18001 etc).
