**Work Schedule** : 1st shift
+ Flexibility required for:
+ Overtime
+ On-call rotation every 4–6 weeks
+ **Pay:** $23/hr.
**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Test Article Coordinator, you’ll support essential study operations by ensuring the accurate handling, tracking, and integrity of test articles and study materials.
+ Manage test articles and samples — receiving, shipping, labeling, storing, transferring, tracking, disposal, and inventory reconciliation.
+ Review shipping documents.
+ Coordinate retrieval and return of study materials and documents.
+ Maintain accurate client inventory records.
+ Identify and communicate discrepancies.
+ Support internal customer requests.
+ Help maintain GLP-compliant storage environments.
+ Participate in on-call rotation for storage-unit alarms.
