About the Role

The Sales Manager is responsible for overall business performance in the assigned territory. This role is accountable for the overall driving profitable growth, managing the development of people and driving new initiatives. This position is considered a first-line leadership position, with hands-on responsibilities.

What will you do?

  • Ensure to develop effective relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization, assuring customer satisfaction through direct engagement.
  • Deliver profit and growth objectives in accordance with budget targets. This includes proactive pricing and margin management.
  • Deliver accurate financial forecasts and other reports as required.
  • Cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders to maintain existing business and identify new revenue streams and support business case development and implementation. This includes Manufacturing, R&D and Customer Services.
