Your main responsibilities
+ Drive portfolio growth (Conversions, Protection, Recoveries, Price Adjustments, Schindler Ahead) while ensuring compliance with sales management policies
+ Support and administer Sales priorities, processes, and product/service promotion to maximize territory performance
+ Ensure branch and service sales teams hold consistent, effective meetings focused on KPIs, accountability, and customer experience
+ Partner with internal departments to implement key initiatives, facilitate processes, and support decision-making and reporting
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to position Schindler as a preferred service provider
+ Serve as subject matter expert on Sales systems, processes, and reports, providing insights and resources to drive opportunities and results
