About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team as a Territory Manager . The role is created for the purpose of generating new sales (market share and share of wallet), managing the relationship and performance of existing assigned accounts, and to manage and maximize the profitability of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business
- Solicit leads (including assigned leads) to generate new business/accounts within the territory and/or new categories within existing accounts.
- New business growth is expected to be a minimum of 30% of the TM's selling time and activities (excluding administrative time). The time factor will be adjusted with sales leadership for new (newer) territories.
- Managing Current Customer Base
- Managing existing customer business is expected to be a maximum of 55% of the TM's selling time and activities.
