Experience: 10+ Years in core Life Insurance with 4+ Years experience of team handling
CTC: Up to 16 LPA + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Chennai, Coimbatore
Job Responsibilities:
Own complete territory sales targets and revenue delivery
Manage and develop First Line Leaders (CSMs / Sr. CSMs)
Drive bancassurance business through strong bank relationships
Improve persistency and control attrition
Ensure strong product mix and upsell performance
Monitor business through MIS and performance dashboards
Eligibility Criteria:
10+ years of experience in core Life Insurance
Minimum 5 years of team handling experience
Strong background in Insurance or BFSI channel sales
Good exposure to bancassurance model
