About the Role

This role manages sales development within a specific geographic area of the market territory by implementing direct or indirect routing strategies, and executing market, selling, and distribution systems in coordination with finance, logistics, and human resources. It leads the execution of tasks through a motivated sales team and ensures the achievement of key performance indicators set by management through objective-setting, performance tracking, problem-solving, and coaching.
Qualifications:
