The Terrace on 10 Manager organizes and oversees daily operations of Terrace on 10 - the Westerly’s adults-only rooftop retreat - delivering an elevated private‑club experience from sunrise wellness and breakfast buffet through sunset receptions, premium bar service, and evening entertainment. The role is accountable for guest satisfaction, access sales, F&B revenues, profitability, compliance, and brand standards across the venue.
**What will I be doing?**
As a key leader within the resort’s Food & Beverage division, the Terrace on 10 Manager:
·Leads all aspects of the venue’s operation in alignment with Hilton brand standards and The Westerly’s premium positioning.
·Curates the daily experience cadence of breakfast buffet, day‑lounge service, sunset hors d’oeuvres & signature cocktails, evening entertainment.
·Optimizes beverage cost and labor cost while sustaining the best-in-class Stay Experience Platform.
