Tender Engineer

Role Purpose: The Tender Engineer leads the end-to-end tender preparation from S0 to S2 within the Customer Project Process (ensure Schneider Electric submits a competitive, compliant, and risk-controlled offer. Coordinate technical, commercial, legal, finance, risk, supply chain, and cybersecurity stakeholders. Resposibilities: Lead the end‑to‑end tender preparation process (S0, S2) including all technical, contractual, commercial, costing, and pricing elements. Define the tender strategy in collaboration with the Opportunity Leader. Coordinate all internal stakeholders across Business Units to consolidate a unified Schneider Electric offer. Mobilize SMEs, SMLs, and SRM at the required CPP gates to ensure quality inputs. Validate supplier proposals and integrate them into the final consolidated offer. Manage tender risk processes by organizing TKOM and risk reviews and maintaining the Risk Register, RITE, and Cash & Risk Curve. Ensure all necessary validations from Legal, Tax, Finance...
