Tender & Contract Executive (Executive Level)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender & Contract Executive to support tender pricing, outsourcing activities, and vendor management.
The role plays a key part in preparing competitive quotations and ensuring tender compliance.
Responsibilities
Prepare pricing models, cost analysis, and quotations
Review tender documents and commercial requirements
Support tender submissions including ePerolehan
Source, liaise, and negotiate with external vendors
Perform market price benchmarking and cost comparison
Coordinate with customers to clarify scope and requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in tendering, pricing, or sourcing
Familiar with ePerolehan and contract documentation (preferred)
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination skills
