We are looking for a Fluent Norwegian speaking Tenancy Management Consultant to join our Team in Stavanger
Position Summary
Manage and oversee the entire day-to-day operation with the assigned market. Maintain unit occupancy and daily operations to maximize profitability. Point of escalation and on-site contact for issues with tenants and suppliers. Act as a facilitator of problem resolution. Ensure high quality of service delivery and compliance with Corporate Housing policies. Single point of accountability to the client and Account Manager.

35% - Oversee the delivery of property management services, including policy counselling, the day-to-day operation of apartment inventory via our on the ground proxy and follow up with the service provider accordingly to ensure service delivery accuracy.
