Title: TEMPORARY WORKER - MAINTENANCE HELPER
Position Type: Non-Exempt
Primary Function:
Perform manual labor associated with maintenance of buildings and vehicles and other equipment, including cleaning of buildings and vehicles, and moving furniture and equipment as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 16 years of age.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
- Sufficient strength, agility, and dexterity and oral and written communication skills required to perform all performance responsibilities, including lifting fifty (50) pounds and working from ladders and scaffolding.
