The Talent Acquisition Manager provides guidance, education, and recommendations on activities related to the full cycle of recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Manager works within their communities and in coordination with the Human Resource Department and the District Leadership Team. Working within the established recruitment and selection processes, the Talent Acquisition Manager works to ensure adequate and qualified staff and volunteers are recruited.
