Telesales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Execute outbound/inbound calls to prospects and existing clients to promote products or services aiming to convert leads and close deals.

2. Act as a primary point of contact. Maintain a good relationship with customers, addressing their inquiries, complaints and ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Present products or services clearly and explaining their benefits and features to potential customers

4. Keep accurate records if customer interactions, sales and feedback to improve future sales strategies and customer service.

5. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, contributing to the growth of the company.
