RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being responsible for the Recruitment Department and supporting a team of recruiters.
  • Updating client recruitment status in the company's system (CRM) then passing jobs to the right recruiter.
  • Updating and coordinating with clients on the recruitment process status, terms, and conditions then passing them to the recruitment team.
  • Supporting and coordinating with recruiters about the recruitment process to update reports.
