About the Role
Job Description and Requirement
1.Familiar with SMS and voice session control, billing, and protocol conversion processes, if know SMSC/SCP/NGIN/OCS/Billing or some of them, will be plus.
Proficient in using Linux commands, shell scripts, and common statistical command AWK.
Possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to quickly respond to customer requests.
Experience in the installation, testing, and maintenance of telecom software, including troubleshooting common issues.
Bachelor Degree Graduate
Has 3-5 years relevant working experience as Software Maintenance Engineer (Telco)
Willing to work in BGC or Makati
Can start ASAP
