About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Conducts routine inspection, status checking and audit of maintained equipment, tools and/or spares.
Supports and assist clients in the troubleshooting of installed equipment.
Ensure that all installation/maintenance work shall be done in accordance with good
engineering practice.
Exerts all efforts, exhausting several possibilities to provide excellent customer service to clients.
Represents the company and acts in a professional manner during meeting, reporting and other forms of communication involving the client.
Perform other duties as assigned, and necessary to complete the main task
Prepare reports, documentation and other projects as required
Manages the day-to-day operations at the base.
Facilitates job requests by clients.
Submits reports as assigned.
