As a Telecom Admin, you will oversee the daily operations and administration of telecom services, ensuring seamless communication inside and outside the organization. Your skills will be essential in coordinating with various teams to ensure the efficiency and security of our telecom infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily duties consist of answering phone calls from customers. During these calls, the agent gathers key information, creates new tickets or updates current tickets.
- Monitor email and ticket board for any new or updated information and notify the correct parties as needed.
- Perform Tier 1 tasks such as voicemail, password resets, extension name changes, simple programming changes, and basic troubleshooting for down systems/sites unable to call in/out.
