About the Role

Job Summary:-

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Executives for a voiceprocess.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who
have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and are looking to start their career in the
BPO/customer service industry.
Total Experience: Freshers to 6 months of experience in the
BPO/customer service industry.
Location: Noida
Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days
Salary: ₹16,000-₹17,000 CTC (₹12415 – ₹13190 In-hand) 

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and concerns
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services
  • Maintain call logs and customer records
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards
