Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssists with environmental, health & safety (EHS) tours, audits, & surveys throughout GE Meter to document compliance statusProvides internal and external EHS sampling (monitoring) and analysis to provide data needed for internal or external reporting & complianceConduct accident / near miss investigations and root cause analysis and may make resolution recommendationsPerform periodic safety inspections such as fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, cranes and hoistAssist in the evaluation of equipment, task, process, workstations, office and manufacturing environment to identify EHS&S; or ergonomic issues to address through an action planRequirementsAssociate's Degree/Bachelor's DegreePreferably health/safety engineering experienceA minimum of 2 years of experience in the positionExcellent organizational and planning skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well with all levels of man...
