We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team.
As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical troubleshooting support, resolving IoT issues for our customers on priority, leading technical training sessions for both internal and external teams, conducting data analysis, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will contribute to new product development initiatives and utilize your expertise in MS Excel, PLM, CRM, MS PowerPoint, and fluent English communication.
