About the Role

The opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Flutter, NodeJS, and MongoDB, and will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of applications and services.
Your key responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients and end-users to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues related to web and mobile applications using Flutter.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both native applications and responsive web portals, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Perform code analysis and debugging to identify and fix software defects and performance bottlenecks.
