- Application and Batch monitoring
- Continuous Service Improvement
- Identify and resolve recurring issues
- Increase Automation
- Business team coordination
- Coordination with internal/external vendors, Development, infrastructure and Other IT teams
- Improve application knowledge
- Seamless Transition
- Collaborate for better communication
- Minor code fix and coding
- Business function involves in Recordkeeping, Certificates, Compliance, Payments, Reporting, Transfer processing, Investor relations
