Technology Integration Formulation Engineer I/II

Position Overview: Solid Power is seeking a product development engineer to join our talented team working to revolutionize the battery industry through the development of solid electrolytes for all solid-state batteries. Solid Power is a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative team environment. This position will be a part of the Technology Integration group, assisting in the transition of Solid Power's proprietary solid state electrolyte technology to mass production. This engineer will be responsible for interfacing with the R&D, Powder Production and Engineering teams to facilitate the scaling of both key process improvements and next-generation technologies. Job Duties: Optimize separator and electrode formulations, and slurry processing methods. Screen formulations on the benchtop and work with operations team to screen on the pilot scale.
