Qualifications
- Act as central interface between product development, process development and machine development teams.
- Lead industrialization activities for stator manufacturing from concept to SOP.
- Coordinate process development, equipment development and line realization.
- Manage development plans, budgets, resources and milestones.
- Define industrialization requirements and process specifications.
- Ensure process robustness and manufacturing readiness.
- Drive equipment sourcing and supplier coordination activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines.
- 8+ years of experience in industrialization or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong experience in stator production technologies.
- Project management experience in automotive manufacturing environment.
