Qualifications
- Lead industrialization activities for transmission manufacturing systems.
- Coordinate process development and machine development activities.
- Define manufacturing requirements and line concepts.
- Manage equipment realization from concept to SOP.
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost and delivery targets.
- Support supplier selection and equipment sourcing.
- Drive process readiness and manufacturing excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Transmission Engineering or related disciplines.
- 8+ years of experience in gearbox/transmission manufacturing.
- Experience with gear machining, assembly and testing processes.
- Strong project management and industrialization experience.
- Knowledge of automated assembly systems.
- Fluent English communication skills.
