About the Role
Elevate electronic production quality as a Technologist focused on assembly methods. Act as a key technical liaison between manufacturing and engineering, proposing improvements and supporting assembly phases.
In this intermediate role, you will finalize method adjustments and ensure documentation aligns with productionary needs. With minimal supervision, guide less experienced technologists and assist operators during critical stages. Work closely with production supervisors to plan and validate interventions, improving assembly efficiency and quality continuously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and finalize development method documentation
• Update production technical guidelines based on feedback
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members
• Support operators with non-conformity and adjustments
• Collaborate with various production support teams
