Amazon Web Services (AWS) invites experienced technicians to join its expanding Infrastructure Operations team in Lasalle, QC.

Key Responsibilities

• On‑site coverage as part of a team in shifts and/or weekly on‑call rotation
• Respond to high‑severity events within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
• Participate in data‑center power and cooling events
• Diagnose and repair servers, networking equipment and other hardware
• Troubleshoot network connections and resolve connectivity issues
• Coordinate relationships with other data‑center teams and third‑party vendors
• Implement process improvements and share knowledge with the team

Required Experience & Qualifications
