Technician

We are seeking a Technician to join our team at Torus Developments and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality residential schemes across the North West. This is a new and exciting role focused on the preparation, coordination and review of technical drawings and information to support both pipeline and live development projects. Working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you will help ensure that designs are accurate, compliant, buildable and delivered to a high standard, supporting our wider ambition to deliver sustainable, high-quality homes at scale.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Preparing, amending and coordinating CAD drawings including site layouts, house types and construction details
