About the Role
TAJCO is a Danish company and has started a new business in Queretaro in automotive industry - exhaust trims. We are looking for a new Technician in Tool Maintenance, that including **the main responsibilities**:
- Support the team leader in executing daily maintenance tasks and ensure full compliance with plant rules, safety policies, and startup procedures
- Carefully inspect tools and equipment before and after maintenance; ensure maintenance quality aligns with defined technical standards.
- Accurately complete maintenance records, checklists, and related documentation. If issues are identified, initiate tool repair requests and report to the supervisor promptly.
- Operate equipment strictly according to safety protocols, maintenance instructions, and equipment operation manuals.
- Take ownership of tooling and equipment maintenance areas, actively supporting the implementation and upkeep of 5S standards.
