About the Role

What is the Opportunity?

AUE is seeking a Project Technician to play a key role in designing and delivering telecom infrastructure drawings that meet municipal and client standards. You'll work with AutoCAD and GIS data to produce permit-ready packages, construction sets, and as-builts, while collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submissions.

What You'll Do Here

  • Create and update telecom drawing packages (Municipal Consent/ROW, Aerial Permit, IFC, and asBuilt) in AutoCAD using AUE titleblocks and sheet standards (i.e., Conduit Plan, Cable Plan, 500/601 sheets).

  • Draft plan/profile views, crosssections, details, and traffic control sketches (TTC/TMP) in accordance with municipal and client standards.

  • Apply layer, line type, symbology, annotation, and plotting standards to ensure consistent, high-quality output across programs.
