Technician (Mechanical Assembly)

Assemble mechanical components into finished or sub-assembly modules according to assembly drawings and work instruction with meeting the quality criteria.

Maintain the paperwork on modules assembles for documentation purposes.

Keep work area clean and organized to increase work area safety and productivity.

Keep all tools in good working order and operate with guards in place and wear any applicable safety equipment.

Perform machine’s wiring accordingly to wiring diagrams provided.

Perform wiring’s QC check upon completion of work.

Assist on trouble shooting wiring issue and IO wiring checking.

Assisting in continuous improvement ideas to improve safety, quality and productivity of mechanical assembly and machine’s wiring.

Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure.
