Key Responsibilities

* Operate manufacturing machines and production lines according to standard operating procedures (SOP).

* Set up, adjust, and change tooling, dies, or machine parameters as required.

* Monitor production output, cycle times, and product quality.

* Record production data, downtime, and defects accurately.

* Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

* Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks.

* Follow safety rules and factory procedures.

* Perform daily, weekly, monthly and preventive maintenance on designated machine/equipment based on

TPM requirement.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field.

* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (fresh graduates may be considered).

* Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operation.
