Salary: £43,816 + OLA £1,600

Hours: Full time, Shift Pattern: Days, Nights and Weekends (Safety Critical Role)

Job Overview

This is a maintenance role focused on keeping critical high‑speed railway infrastructure safe, reliable and performing at its best. You will support the Team Leader and, when required, act as Team Leader to manage the team and operations.

What You’ll Do

You will assist the Team Leader in delivering safe, efficient and high‑quality work. Responsibilities include inspections, faulting, maintenance and renewals, ensuring all work meets the highest standards, deadlines are met, and safety is never compromised.
