Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring shiftly yield by machine.
• Process control check points (First Article, SPC, golden unit testing).
• Optimize machine setting. Machine buyoff.
• Reject verification and disposition.
• Run engineering evaluation/DOE.
• Train trainer/operator on new process or new procedure.
• To assist the process engineer in achieving test yield target.
• To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production used.
• Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures.
• To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency.
• Responsible for the overall product yields.
• Responsible to establish and implement all appropriate actions to improve the yields.
