Technician I, Manufacturing (Chemistry)

Work with Manufacturing Engineers, to support all functions related to projects, process improvements, lines start up, validations, product testing, sustaining and provide training when required.

Works with a variety of process equipment and manufacturing processes 2. Supports engineers in equipment validation & sustaining, could assist processes validations 3. Support engineers running DOEs (designed with the ME or Sr Technician) or testing as required. 4. Support Production and QA Dept in issues related to sustaining and RCAs. 5. Supports or Provides operators training if requiered. 6. Identifies and corrects common process problems. 7. Supports production or process development departments as required. 8. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 9. Drafts and route thru the QA System manufacturing documents such as work ES, IQOQ, DTs, TDs. 10.
