About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, floors, windows, and mirrors.
- Room Upkeep: Dusting furniture, polishing fixtures, vacuuming carpets, and sweeping/mopping floors.
- Linens and Beds: Changing bed linens, laundering towels, and making beds according to company standards.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenishing toiletries, cleaning supplies, and, in hospitality, guest amenities like soap, shampoo, and coffee.
- Waste Management: Emptying trash containers and ensuring proper disposal of recycling and waste.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, such as broken items, leaky faucets, or damaged furniture.
