**Job Summary** (FOL) equipment. This role performs advanced preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment recovery, parts management, and continuous improvement activities to ensure high equipment and stable manufacturing performance. The Senior Technician also mentors junior technicians and plays an active role in **Key Responsibilities** Conduct equipment conversion and device changeover activities according to production requirements.
