The Technical Services Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, executing, and overseeing technical service operations related to the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of power generation equipment, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across the island of Puerto Rico.
This position requires a highly technical, proactive, and self-sufficient professional, capable of working without constant direct supervision, adapting to a dynamic environment, and professionally representing the company before clients, suppliers, and manufacturers.
