Technical/Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for the assigned team as if it were your own product.
• Drive work forward proactively without waiting for European team prompts.
• Identify, resolve, or mitigate blockers within hours, not days.
• Reassign blocked developers to productive work within 2 hours.

Technical Leadership

• Lead implementation using Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Make independent decisions on task breakdown, estimation, and implementation.
• Investigate unclear requirements, APIs, or business rules and proceed with reasoned assumptions.
• Escalate only when necessary, with clear context and proposed solutions.

Communication & Collaboration

• Work asynchronously with Netherlands-based stakeholders across time zones.
• Provide structured daily updates before Europe's day starts (CET).
