About the Role
Process Documentation: Work directly with crews and operational leaders to document current and future-state operational procedures (SOPs, work instructions, etc.).
Operational Engagement: Conduct site and vessel visits to observe operations, validate procedures in the field, and build credibility with frontline teams.
Safety Alignment: Collaborate with HSEQ to ensure all documentation supports hazard identification and is aligned with regulatory and industry best practices.
Change Enablement: Support the rollout of new processes, develop quick guides, and coach teams on successful adoption.
Governance: Maintain document control, versioning, and continuous improvement for all operational and safety documents.
