Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Plan, organize, write, and code online help, user manuals, installation, and release documentation for business software.
• Work closely with development teams under general supervision, typically reporting to a manager of Information Development.
• Research and gather information; interpret software business and technical designs to organize and write content.
• Create, test, and troubleshoot online help for assigned software applications.
• Deliver quality documents with minimal errors; edit materials for clarity, organization, and adherence to standards.
• Take an active role in projects, present ideas constructively, demonstrate openness, and build on others’ ideas.
