  About the role: 
  The technical writer will join the client’s team to create, uplift and/or maintain critical work instructions that support the processes undertaken by CIR analysts in their remediation of customer profiles against aggressive regulatory commitments.

 Prepare, review, revise, and maintain work instructions (WIs) for onshore and offshore audiences.
