Technical Writer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to document the PensionPal application for support teams, operations, and developers.

This role focuses on documenting the system as it exists today — not redesigning or rebuilding it. The ideal candidate can quickly understand complex software environments and translate technical details into clear, structured documentation.

Core Responsibilities

• Create installation and configuration documentation
• Document system architecture and data flows
• Develop support and troubleshooting guides
• Produce developer onboarding documentation
• Create templates for release notes and change management
