Technical Writer Intern

About The Role
We're looking for a detail-driven and organized Technical Writer Intern to support the Engineering team. In this role, you'll help improve how knowledge is captured, structured, and shared by organizing internal documentation, refining runbooks, and building easy-to-navigate content libraries.
You'll work closely with support engineers, platform teams, and operations leads to ensure our technical knowledge is consolidated, accessible, and up-to-date.
What You'll Do
Assist in documenting operational workflows, platform procedures, incident response guides, and runbooks
Audit and organize existing documentation, identifying outdated or duplicate content
Help standardize and structure knowledge articles using consistent templates, metadata, and categories
Support the migration and cleanup of documentation across tools like Confluence, Notion, or SharePoint
