About the Role
How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities):
- Responsible for overall development, authoring, and management of aircraft work cards for all Delta Air Lines fleets in accordance with FAA-approved programs and engineering documents.
- Must ensure compliance to FAA Regulations, Engineering documentation, and other substantiating data as outlined in the Technical Operation Policies & Procedures (TOPP).
- Monitor workflow for compliance and conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with departments including Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Production Control to maintain Delta standards.
- Ensure work cards comply with FARs, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and fleet maintenance program procedures.
- Incorporate safety-conscious behaviors into all operational processes and work card content.
