About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conducts/creates Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Handles technical training administration and implementation
- Conducts or facilitates training program listed in the training plan
- Updates the training data base
- Encodes/emails Training Evaluations/Assessments
- Evaluates training feedback and revises technical programs as needed
- Handles the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation of applicable trainings
- Other important tasks needed to meet business priorities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of Civil Engineering
- Professional license is preferred but not required
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Has experience in Training or Academe
- Special Training: COSH or BOSH Training
