Technical Training Instructor

The Technical Training Instructor directly reports to the Manager – Technical Training. Likewise, Technical Training Instructor has the authority to prepare for, facilitate and document completion of training within the scope of his/her authorization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. Writes literature and materials to be used in programs and designs exercises to enhance lectures.
• He / She is responsible for facilitating training courses as assigned based on his authorization and ensure appropriate conduct of the subject.
• Shall ensure complete and proper documentation of all the training conducted.
• He / She is responsible to determine updates on the training curriculum and presentation as applicable, prepare and formulate accordingly. Must ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
