Acts in line with GMP & Quality regulations, ensures internal & external audit
observations are closed in time. 
Full Compliance with all STADA requirements in Data Privacy, Quality, Integrity &Compliance policies.

Full adherence to Global and local Health, Safety & Environmental requirements. 
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensures a competent workforce by planning and executing the required GMP and technical training on site.
Leads the site Technical and GMP Training & Learning, ensuring effective communication with site leadership regarding design, gaps, progress, achievements, new learning needs and recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure effective learning impact for all GMP and technical related content.
