Technical Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for our IT teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on IT experience, preferably in an MSP environment, and the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging and practical learning sessions.

This role plays a critical part in upskilling our Service Desk, NOC, SOC, and Infrastructure teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs for L1–L3 engineers and team leads.
• Conduct onboarding training for new hires across Service Desk, NOC, SOC, and Infrastructure teams.
• Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, SOPs, labs, and assessments.
• Train on core IT topics including:
• Windows & Mac OS
• Active Directory & Azure AD
